Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to your Touralingo experience:
Please note that before placing an order or making a payment you will be asked to agree to these Terms
and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to order from
our site or make any payments related thereto.
You should view, read and print a copy of these Terms and Conditions or save them to your computer for
future reference. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time as set out below. Every
time you wish to order from our site, please check these Terms and conditions to ensure you understand
the terms which will apply at that time.
Age limit/Guardianship
A legal guardian of anyone under 18 represents and warrants that they have executed this agreement on
behalf of someone under 18 years of age.
Technology Requirements
It is the responsibility of the customer to have all hardware and software required to enroll in a course.
The course fees do not include any purchase of hardware or software; this is the sole responsibility of the
customers.
It is the responsibility of the customer to have subscribed to an internet provider who can provide
uninterpreted access during the course. If the course is interpreted due to internet disruptions on the
customer’s end, this is the customer’s sole responsibility and liability. If the course is interpreted due to a
technical outage on Touralingo’s end, the course will be rescheduled for another time and date.
If permitted, the downloading of course content is done at your own risk. Touralingo cannot and does not
guarantee or warrant that the site or the course content are compatible with your computer systems or that
the site or the course content will be free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or disabling devices or other
code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing
safeguards to protect the security and integrity of your computer system and you are responsible for the
entire cost of any service, repairs or connections of and to your computer system which may be necessary
as a result of your use of the site.
Behavior and conduct
If the course permit communication amongst the members, internal communication among the members
may not contain anything which may be taken as abuse, harassment and threat. Any such behavior will
instantly result into the attendee being removed from the course with the forfeiting of any fees paid.

No recording of the course is permitted. Anyone caught attempting to record the course shall be removed
from the course immediately with the forfeit of any fees paid.
No lawful or unpermitted use
You agree that you will not, without our prior written permission, use the site and the course content for
purposes other than your own personal non-commercial use and benefit. You may not frame the site or
the course content or any part thereof on any commercial or non-commercial internet web site. You
acquire absolutely no rights or licences to the site or the course content other than the limited right to use
the site and the course content in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree that you will
not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and
Conditions, any reproduction, retransmission, distribution, sale, republication, modification, translation of
or creation of derivative works based on the site or the web content, in whole or in part, and any
decompilation disassembly, reverse engineering or other exploitation of the site or course content, without
prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.
Payment
Multiple payment systems are accepted from the students as set out in the site. Transparency in financial
policies is not compromised UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
There are no refunds or exchanges after the first day of each course. Prior to such a date, the following
refund and exchange policy applies:
Refunds for the registration fees are ONLY issued for cancellations submitted in writing at least
10 days prior to the beginning of the courses. Requests for refunds will not be accepted over the
phone. If you chose to cancel with less than 10 days notice from the commencement of the tour,
no refund or exchanges will be issued.
An administration fee of $30CDN per student will be withheld on all refunds.
If the course is multi-day or multi-hour, no refund or exchanges will be issued if the customer misses for
any reason part of the course. If you buy blocks of time and/or multiple courses and do not view all
courses and/or use all time purchased, this will not be refunded.
There are no exceptions to this refund or exchange policy.
Information Only Courses
The course are information and experiential only. They are not accredited by an educational institution for
credits or towards the completion of credits.
Service Disclaimer
USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED. THE
WEBSITE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT:
THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR FAULT LESS;
THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE
ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR
OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED FROM THE COURTS WILL MEET
YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS; OR

ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED.

THE SITE AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR
CONDITION OF ANY KIND. USE OF THE SITE OR THE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TOURALINGO DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS
ABOUT THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR
TIMELINESS OF THE SITE OR THE CONTENT. TOURALINGO DOES NOT ASSUME ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR INACCURACIES IN THE SITE OR THE
CONTENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOURALINGO DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO
THE SITE AND THE CONTENT WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR COLLATERAL,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
OR THAT THE SITE OR THE CONTENT ARE OR WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE

ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF, OR
THE INABILITY TO MAKE USE OF, THE SITE OR THE CONTENT.
